Founded in 1969, Zhangqiu Baohua Forging Co., Ltd. is a state owned enterprise. In the past, our company was called Shandong Province Zhangqiu City Baohua Forging Company Limited. We became a privately owned business company due to the restructuring of enterprise in 1999.
Our company is located in Puji Town, Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province. Our factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters. Our building area is 20,000 square meters. We have 360 employees and the fixed assets are 50 million RMB. Our main business is forging, machining, and rivet welding. Zhangqiu City Forging Research Institute is in our company. Our annual production capacity is more than 30,000 tons. We have complete processing equipment, as well as 5T and 3T Electric-hydraulic hammers, large splint hammers and various types of air hammers. We still have 1,000T friction press which can forge about 5 tons of separate forgings and complete product normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering processes. We have more than 50 sets of cold working equipment including model 16, 20, 30, 50 and vertical lathes. With physics and chemistry lab, we have ultrasonic flaw detection, experiments of mechanical performance, which has strong detection capability. Our company is the long-term processing manufacturer of many large enterprises in China, including China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation, Beijing Heavy Duty Truck Corporation, Jinan Second Machine Tool Group, Liuzhou Engineering Company Limited, Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd. and many other large and medium sized enterprises. Our forging products are exported to Germany, the United States, Japan, Russia, and other countries and regions. Foreign customers visit our company regularly per year to see and instruct actual production work. We have already established a stable and cooperative relationship.
